How it works

  1. Step 1

    Select photos & videos

Pick them in Google’s own photo picker, from the account that is running out of space. We only see what you pick.

  2. Step 2

    Choose a Google Drive

Choose another of your Google accounts with room. Copies go into a “Spacebloom Transfers” folder in its Google Drive.

  3. Step 3

    Transfer & verify

We copy every file and check it arrived complete. Then we show which originals are safe to delete in Google Photos.

Why Spacebloom

Why Spacebloom asks for Google permissions

Spacebloom is a web app that shows how full your Google accounts are and copies photos and videos you choose from Google Photos in one account to Google Drive in another. To do that it asks Google for a few permissions. This is what each one is used for, and nothing else.

Your photos pass through our server only while they are being copied, and are never saved. We do not sell your data, show ads, or use it to train AI. Spacebloom’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Common questions

Do you ask for my password?
No. You sign in on Google’s own screen and we never see your password.
How much does Spacebloom cost?
The Google account you sign in with is free for its first year. Every other Google account, and every later year, is ₹50 ($0.99 outside India) per account per year, paid once. Nothing renews by itself.
Where do the copies go?
Into a folder called “Spacebloom Transfers” in the Google Drive of the account you choose. They are normal files there: you can open, move or download them like any other file in Google Drive.
Do you keep my photos?
No. They pass through our server a few megabytes at a time on their way from Google Photos to your Google Drive, and are never saved. We only keep a list of which photos were copied and whether each one arrived.
Can you delete photos from my Google Photos?
No. Google does not allow apps to delete photos. After a photo is copied and checked, we show you exactly what is safe to delete, and you do it yourself.
What can you access?
Only what is needed: the photos you pick yourself in Google’s picker, and in Google Drive only the files Spacebloom itself creates, plus how much storage is used. We cannot browse your photo library or your other Drive files.
How many photos can I move at once?
Up to 2,000 per selection, which is Google’s limit. Bigger clean-ups run in batches.
What if a photo fails to copy?
We show which one failed and why, and you can retry it. A photo is never on the safe-to-delete list unless we confirmed it arrived.
I use an iPhone. Can I use this?
Yes. It works in iPhone Safari, and we guide you through moving your iCloud photos to Google with Apple’s official tool. It makes a copy and takes 3 to 7 days.
What is your refund policy?
If a year you paid for is not right for you, ask within 7 days of the payment and we refund it in full.Read the refund policy
