Terms of service
Last updated 26 September 2026
These are the rules for using Spacebloom. By signing in you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
What the app does
Spacebloom shows how much storage your connected Google accounts use, copies photos you choose from one of your accounts to another, checks that each copy arrived, and then gives you a checklist for deleting the originals yourself.
Who can use it
- You must be 18 or older.
- You may only connect Google accounts that are yours, or that you are allowed to manage.
- Keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for what happens under your login.
- Follow Google’s own terms and the law. Do not misuse the app, overload it, or try to get around its limits.
Your photos stay yours, and deleting is your decision
- Your photos belong to you. We only handle them to provide the service, as our privacy policy says.
- The app never deletes anything from your Google accounts, and cannot. Only you delete the originals, after you have looked at the copies in the destination account.
- Some photos may not copy, for example a video Google Photos is still processing, or when the destination Drive is full or Google refuses it. The app shows every photo that did not copy and why. Only photos shown as copied and checked appear on the delete checklist.
- Please keep your own backups of anything you cannot lose.
Prices and payment
- Free: the Google account you sign in with, for its first year.
- Each other Google account: ₹50 (including GST) or $0.99 for one year. Every later year of any account, the first one included, costs the same. There is no limit on the number of accounts, and no monthly limit on photos (fair use applies). The price is shown before you pay.
- Each payment is one-time: it never renews by itself and there is nothing to cancel. Payments are handled by Razorpay (India, in rupees), Dodo Payments (elsewhere, in dollars) or Google Play (the Android app). The same accounts and years work on the website and in the app.
- A year is tied to one Google account from the moment that account is connected. Disconnecting the account does not move its year to another account.
- When an account’s year ends, nothing is deleted and the account stays connected; it cannot be used for new transfers until you renew it.
- One Google account can belong to one Spacebloom account only.
- Refunds are described in our refund policy: within 7 days of a payment you can ask for your money back. A refunded year ends at once.
- If we change the price, the new price applies only to payments made after the change.
Changes and availability
Spacebloom depends on Google’s services, which can change or stop. We may change, pause or remove features. We will try to give notice of changes that matter, and we will not take away something you have paid for without a fair remedy.
What we promise, and what we cannot
We work to make the app reliable and to check every copy, but we provide it “as is”. We are not responsible for losses that come from things outside our control, such as Google’s services being unavailable, or from deleting original photos without checking the copies.
To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits anything the law does not allow us to limit.
Ending your use
You can stop at any time by deleting your account in Settings. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk, and we will say why.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app and update the date at the top before the change applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute cannot be settled by talking, the courts of India decide it.
